Astronauts Waste Time (and money)

Okay it wasn't fun. At all.

Dadi didn't go for some reason. Kath didn't wanna go. Ling was a lazy pig. I skipped Phys cos Wendy forced me to go=) Replacing it tomorrow-.-

First of all, Stadium Perpaduan was big. I didn't even know there was such a place in Kuching. Not that i remember where it is now.





The first few hours was taken up by a couple of people giving speeches. Boriiing. Then the guy stood up and everyone was like rushing up to take pictures of him. We remained boringly seated watching the rabid fans surround him trying to steal his astronaut suit.

He showed us vids of him in ISS. Eating peanut butter and biscuits. Drinking a drop of floating water. Sleeping. Wow it was SO entertaining...not. Someone shoot me. He just kept talking and repeating terapung-apung. Yeah yeah, we get it, you were floating...big deal.

I bought stuffs from the stalls near the entrance. One creepy old guy said my name. Ewww but he said it right. He was icky. That's why i hate wearing school uniforms...the stupid tag screaming out your name, jeez.

Okay no more bout that. I wanna watch NARNIA! Like as in, Prince Caspian. Gosh i bought the book, but hell i wanna see the movie. C'mon peoples, jio me out see! Ben Barnes is shuai =p

You know, when it's school term, you whine n grumble about how life sucks? How everything seems to go at such a fast pace? Well, during hols, things go a such a slow snail pace. i wanna scream already! And i don't think you wanna see a pic of me screaming, right?

Went jogging with Daddy before dinner. Daddy, not dadi. Lol. The air was fresh and so invigorating! Gosh i haven't been outdoors for a long time. Except there's this part where the sewers smell like rotten shit. Even though shit cant possibly be rotten...i think.

Tomorrow Gigantic Rabbit and I are gonna go school for the Astronaut Trip Thingy. Okay i do not know what it's about. Just that we're gonna hear Dr. SMS talking bout his experiences in space by burning our country's money! Which is money from us taxpayers. Oh well, blog about it after maybe. I'll try not to strangle him when i see him.


We haven't had our Koperasi Day stall meeting yet. Vivi's gotten colored braces. I wan them! And holidays are booooooriiing!

Teacher's Day


All prefects (including me, Wendy, Ling) had to fulfill our prefect duties by first, arriving at 6.30 in the morning! Yep morning. It was all dark and stuff. Scary!!

After we met up, everyone having the same facial expression (which was groggy), we walked around trying to look busy. To escape extra work from AJKs ma! lol.

Then Wendy pulled out the card she bought a couple days ago at Popular. There was cool looking bear on the cover. Inside were like little boxes next to nice adjectives like 'nice', 'cool', 'funny' etc. We ticked 'em all. There was also a blank space for us to write whatever we want.


Anyways, the rest of the day was spent by trying to get out of whatever work we had to do, running around and talking. The performances for Teacher's day was pretty cool.

• Malay dance. It was uhh....indescribable lol.

• Breakdancing--damn cool. An exciting performance by our Form 4 guys.
  

• Modern dance. It was quite nice. But a lot of people were tired from watching (not to mention screaming at) the exciting breakdancing.

• Jimmy having a go. The audience was clapping non-stop. Too bad there was some problem with the music which kinda ruined it a bit.
  

• A band (The Atomic Boys?) singing '7 Minutes In Heaven' by Fall Out Boy. That performance really got the audience screaming. Really good job!
  

Then Wendy and I got ditched. Jeez they went to Parkson 'cause their duty's over. We still have Station Games for the teachers.



Given 10 nails, you are required to place all 10 nails on top of a nail which is nailed to a board. Sound impossible? It's isn't! But im not gonna say how. Figure it out yourself :P

We didn't go and watch Narnia: Prince Caspian. Boy, that sucks. All i did was walk around the damned golden triangle with Ling. And i only had 2hours of sleep before i had to go to Chem tui ><"!

Last Day

Wheeee~ Exams are finally over! I feel the breath i've been holding these past two weeks finally released.

Today no one was in the mood to study. Everyone was chit-chatting and laughing like mad, ignoring Papaya's requests (more like demands) for absolute silence.

But i regretted doing that and not revising Civics (just a teeny weeny bit) because it was Hell. I've never taken such a hard Civics exam in my 3 whole years of taking Civics exams. It was full of akta-aktas and what peranan of whatever badan. Maths was better though...=)

All prefects had to stay back today. Preparation for tomorrow Teacher's Day. Attendance is compulsory for all prefects. Mr. James liked this idea, so he decided to make it compulsory for us 4S2 students too...YAY (smell the sarcasm)

A couple of random stuff...

• The Prefect Room is very dirty and cluttered. Thought prefects should be neat and tidy...? Yeah right, dream on.

• It's harder to find one guy in Kuching High than catching Wendy doing something non-embarrassing, which i assure you...is extremely hard.

• Using Crepe paper to make roses are pretty! But i wonder why they add red pens on the stalks of the roses..

I put "I don't wanna be me." in my MSN nick. Someone asked me bout it. Here's wad happened:

Wow, im so proud of showing you guys one of my most intelligent conversations ever. Actually, i didn't know what to answer...and i suspected the person wasn't herself. Lol. You know who you are *winks*

Now...thinking of exams and promises and all that, im gonna say something i'd nvr thought i'd ever say.

I wish to be one of those kiasu ppl! Studying everyday, no TV shows, no internet...having as much a life as a cow.

*No offense intended to cows and their grass-eating relatives.

Reminds me of studying...don't ask me why! lol. Was supposed to go to Kath's house. But then Wendy said im supposed to go her house. So i got confused but it didn't matter as it was almost 12 noon anyways. She's out with her family.

Kath's forgot about it all lol. So im guessing im not going anymore haha. Half an hour more to go den i'll have to go bai bai. Hmm that reminds me, we went to the temple yesterday too! To ask about stuff~! This should give u an idea....



Imagine her in this gorgeous dress! Not me laaa. Haha pretty right? Love the folds in the dress~ Maybe i'll get one like that for my wedding. Yeah riiiight...like 10 years later when dresses like that are out of date already lol.


I spent hours changing the color (among other stuff) from pink to orange to red to grey to black to yellow and finally settling for the original blue. Yea i know, what a waste of time. I want bright colors! But unfortunately all the bright colors are too bright, so im trying to be considerate and so chose an eye-friendly color.

(Any Nuffnanger who's ever made their own poll should know what i mean.)

Im kinda sick of my layout eh. Gonna find a new one after exams...if i remember.

Omfg it was pure torture! wtf which teacher came up with those questions...?! How in hell were we supposed to know the chemicals used to dry hydrogen, decipher the funny picture thingies i've only seen once in BIO. And what's the damned color of a whatever Co and Cr ion huh??!!

Blasted teacher. Blasted questions. On top of that i lost 10 marks already. Im gonna flunk it so badly i'll make a new record. Next to Chemistry in my report card, im gonna get -10 -.- *Takes a deep breath* Okay hyperventilation completed. Hah i didn't faint...yet.

This afternoon i got a SMS saying by tonight at 11pm there's gonna be a radiation thing so we must switch off our phones, computers and etcetera. This was what it said :




It's 11.48pm now. My computer, my bros' laptops and all our hand phones haven't gone KABOOM yet. Maybe it's a new evil plan formulated by the government to save energy. If anyone gets this message tomorrow, be stupid and turn off your phones and computers like just now, do it the day after that too...and again after that lol.

Exam's not over yet! We're having Bm 2 and BI 1 tomorrow. *Crosses fingers* Good luck to all ^^

Saturday. Gerko Day. But i didn't go. Cos i was lazy. So i slept in late. Then had brunch with parents outside as usual.

Then i went to school for my usual Taekwondo. Whoopee....! Im gonna be a yellow belter SOON. *Sticks tongue out* lol. While some people are gonna stay white belters :D Okay lar, i feel bad cos it's partly my fault=\

But no i don't feel bad. Cos that person got her revenge today. She kicked me during practice. I go a boo-boo. Luckily my cous had a plaster handy=) And someone keep chao2 me for some info on my cous. It was weird. Lol

NEXT----

Went to tHe Spring. Lol, that's how they type it in the newspapers~ Walked around. Went to Ta Kiong.




Omg omg omg...!! Doritos and tacos! *Drools uncontrollably* Okay, that's disgusting but i absolutely L-O-V-E them. I didn't know you could get them here. Awww reminds me so much of the US. Tacos are the best i tell you! Just that....my mom won't buy them for me :(

Tomorrow we SS sudents are having a last-minute-before-exams-seminar-thingy at MBKS Audi. There's gonna be only a half an hour break for lunch only. So my parents decided to let me bring stuff there for my lunch.


Yep that's Big Apple Donuts and Coffee. It was my first time there=) People mountain people sea arh!! I bought half a dozen. My dad said 2 would be enough [which is true] but i didn't want to choose between all the delicious flavours.






If anyone wonders, yes i do love chocolate a lot. lolx. The only non-choc one is Say Cheese, which incidentally, is the only doughnut name i remember. It's covered with New Zealand cheese. Yumms!

Now the question is...which one to bring and which one not to? Hmms. Tough one.

Fishies

Okay i know i know, haven't updated. But im gonna cut the crap cos it's late and i've just decided to blog a bit.

Today is like....Labour's Day. Wheeeee~ aka Family Day [for me anyways. Red for Love~ xD]. Woke up very late. Got a few messages from wuliao people *ahem ahem* i don't think they're gonna message me anymore after reading this *cough cough* lols.

So my parents and i went for brunch. Late brunch too. Then we went wad Kampung Goelit (something like that lol) and looked for some fresh fishies. Yeap we found a lot, fresh from the fishing boats. They were icky, slimy and had that fish smell.

My mom bought some small squid, and fish called jana or something. Well, that's what my dad said. My mom cooked the squid and fish already so no pics. Sorries. Extras are in the fridge, don't make me go take them out!

While i was there i saw a humongous fish. Some buyers were weighing it so i got to see the weight. It was a whooping 11kg. Like ohmyfrickin'dearness that's HUGE. Too bad they were blocking it so i couldn't take any pics. It was bent in a C shape, so my dad said it's not fresh.

Okay i know, excuses. I do have one pic though. I took it quickly before they saw lol. I don't even know what it is.


And i'd like to point something out: I can't find any fat people there. I looked up, looked around, looked into the drains, even into the murky water where many kids were swimming: no fat people! Which means....im the only fat person for miles. How depressing T.T
